Data we may process

We may store a technical device identifier, integrity and attestation data, system version, technical logs, and information needed to keep your challenges synchronized and protect the service from abuse.

You may add a name, photo, images, and information about your challenges. If you create challenges for a business, you may also publish a description, address, phone number, hours, plans, and other information you choose to display.

The camera is used to scan QR codes. Photos and files you select are used only in the parts of Parceiro where you choose to publish them.

If you choose to verify or recover access, we may process the contact information you provide for that purpose.

How we use data

We use data to create challenges, record steps, display rewards, recognize participants, synchronize devices, provide support, process subscriptions, and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal data.

Payments and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions made through an app store are processed by Apple or the applicable store. Parceiro receives only the data needed to identify the product, subscription status, and transaction. We do not store your full payment card details.

Service providers and storage

We share information only with providers needed to operate Parceiro, such as hosting, databases, image storage, notifications, technical support, security, and app stores. These providers process data under their own privacy obligations.

Deletion and retention

You can delete your data from Parceiro. Some technical, subscription, or shared-challenge records may be retained for as long as necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and record integrity.
