Delete your account
You can delete your Parceiro account whenever you want, without asking anyone. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
From the app
Open Parceiro, tap your name in the menu and choose Delete my account. The app asks for a confirmation and deletes it right away.
If you already uninstalled it
Write to us on WhatsApp 5547988151214 or at parceirotime@gmail.com asking for deletion. Reply from the same contact you signed in with, so we know the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, your name and your picture. The challenges you created and the rewards you set up. Your stamps and your participation history. Your public code and the devices tied to the account.
What may stay, and why
Technical and security records, for as long as needed to prevent fraud and abuse.
Subscription records the law requires us to keep. Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it in your phone store first, or the charges continue.
A challenge you took part in may keep existing for whoever created it, without your name. What belongs to someone else is not deleted with your account.
